Please keep your original invoice, receipt, or other valid proof of purchase for warranty claims. If the warranty card is lost or valid proof of purchase cannot be provided, the warranty period will begin from the product manufacturing date plus 6 months.
In addition to the compressor and service warranty, GREE provides a one-time unit replacement within 1 year, subject to warranty terms and conditions. This applies if the compressor, condenser, or evaporator develops a refrigerant leak within 1 year from the date of purchase and the unit cannot be successfully repaired by an authorized technician.
The warranty may be void or may not cover damage caused by improper use or negligence, unstable electrical voltage or power surges, natural disasters or other external factors, installation by unauthorized technicians, or unauthorized modification or alteration of the air conditioner.
For a smoother warranty claim process, we recommend registering your product through the GREE Mobile Application or through an authorized channel provided by the dealer where the product was purchased.
